MARIVELES INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
(Bgy. Alas-asin, Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines)
The site is ideally located along the Provincial (National Road) Highway leading to Bataan Export Processing Zone (BEPZA). It is about 10 - 15 kilometers from the Subic Bay Area (i.e. Subic International Port, Subic International Airport, Subic Bay Industrial Park and Subic Bay Golf and Country Club, among others). It comprises of about Three Hundred Hectares and still expandable to about Five Hundred Hectares. The site is practically facing the South China Sea. The climate prevailing in the vicinity is moderate and very much conducive to industrial and of residential abode.
Other development projects can be established in the area such as eco-tourism project, retirement village and or residential villages. The topographic condition of the area is semi-flat on the middle portion while on areas facing the South China Sea is basically sloping towards the sea.
Other important mineral deposits can be found in the area, such as; abundant supply of armour / basalt rocks, aggregates stones for concrete work, undetermined amount of iron ore deposits and other natural mineral resources. |
