The site is strategically located along the Aguinaldo Highway leading to Tagaytay City. It is about 42 kilometers from the City of Manila. It comprises of about Five Hundred Hectares and still expandable to 1000 hectares. The climate prevailing in the vicinity is cool and very much conducive to industrial and of residential abode. The site topography is semi – flat and some slopes within the close proximity of the river. The location of VSAP Industrial Estate (Balubad, Silang-Cavite) is about five to ten minutes drive from the VSAP Business Park (Batas, Silang, Cavite) situated in the nearby barangay.
