OUR PURPOSE

VSAP is an organization born of the compelling need for comprehensive basic technology and management services in the Philippines as well as in other developing countries.

The primary purpose of VSAP is to serve the needs totally of building a union of talent, skills and experience of engineers, specialists and scientist who are singularly suited to the tasks at hand.

VSAP Builders’ main task has been on public works and utilities but services required in various industrial, agricultural and environmental applications will be rendered to government and private clients using the same core technology.

VSAP will serve wherever and whenever necessary, in the Philippines or elsewhere and cooperation with fellow technologists, managers or government of other countries.

VSAP is joined with Taiwan based engineers who are more expert in the development and management technology and resources. Projects are from port and harbors to flood control and drainage, from road works to agricultural development, developing an Export Processing Zone. This is the reason why VSAP will build two areas that are members of EPZA or Export Processing Zone Authority.

VSAP has three (4) Industrial Projects to be developed soon. They are:

2. Mariveles Industrial Estate
3. VSAP Business Park
4. VSAP Industrial Estate
